Do you prefer the feel of a neighborhood Instead of a crowded apartment complex?  If so, our properties are just for you!  We focus on properties that you that you want to call home!  We are conveniently located close to downtown and the Crosstown area. We pride ourselves on our well maintained, modern interiors.

We offer 12 Month leases that then convert to monthly leases after 1 year.  We will consider shorter terms for a higher rate.  Subleases are not allowed.  Unfortunately our units are not pet friendly because we want to maintain a quite place for everyone to live. Also, we do not allow smoking inside our units..    Rental Property
